Our biggest and robustly built RPA solution is being utilized by a reputed name in the healthcare industry. For over 5000 patients’ personal records, appointments and approximately 8000 hospital physician and workforce schedules are being maintained with our developed automated solution.

Our Solution :

Using the UiPath which is the most popular and reliable RPA platform, we researched and drafted the concept for building the automation solution. It helped in quick integration of the
application with the external system solving the data migration of patients for their records and appointments. Furthermore, the hospital workforce also can seamlessly manage their data.
To improve the scalability we utilized the UiPath logic, though rewritten from the scratch to push the limitation of one external facility and local market.

An automated system with an improved rescheduling and cancellation of visits.
Seamless and error free data collection and processing. With the data we are specific to patients' and professionals' information inclusive of insurance, location, appointments, personal details.
